Pursuant to Rule 213 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), the 新麻豆视频 Association (ACP), the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), and Clean Grid Alliance (CGA, collectively 鈥淐lean Energy Associations鈥�) submit this limited protest of the November 3, 2023 filing by the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (MISO) to amend its Generator Interconnection Procedures (GIP).
